Default Does a 2006 S40 have a PCV?
My check engine light is on and the mechanic is telling me that it may be the PCV. I had read somewhere that not all Volvos have a PCV. Can you tell me if a 2006 S40 has it? Thanks for the info!

It should bad part is if the vent box is bad you need to replace the entire oil filter housing. It is part of the vent box.

What does it take to replace the vent box? I have worked on my Mustang quite a bit, but I do not know much about this Volvo?

You will have to pull alot of the front of the motor apart(Front of car) I think the intake as well.
