2006 S40 T5
Doors do not auto unlock when the car is turned off even though the setting in the menu is set to unlock all. I hear the noise in the dash that sounds like it should be unlocking as soon as the key is removed but doors stay locked and have to hit the unlock switch on the door.

Separate issue but also a locking issue:
Rear passenger door does not always unlock with the switch or fob. Will auto lock when above 5mph like all the other doors but none of the unlock switches will unlock it. Have to pull the interior door handle to get it to unlock. It works intermittently but rare.

I have pulled the CEM and cleaned it twice. The Auto Unlock has never worked but the rear passenger door unlocking has been intermittent. Any advice greatly appreciated.
