I need to replace several lights that are out in the electronic climate control area of my 2003 S40. Is there an easy way to remove and replace them? Start at the radio and work up?

The radio has to come out. Also the grey or woodgrain part comes off the front as well. It just pops off.
There is screws holding the unit to the dash.
