ecu scan plug s40

Where is the socket located to plug the scanner into for 2000 s40??

For my 2001 it's about level with the driver's right knee on the center console, just after the plastic side panel ends.

Thanks Hudini,we have had the s40 quite a while and now we are starting to get CEL light and i am investigating the codes to find the problem.
