Engine Compartment Fuses

Engine Compartment Fuses
Greetings,
I own a 2000 S40. Recently, the power to the remote keyless entry, glove compartment, trunk, etc. went out. I looked in my owners manual and found that I needed to replace fuse #5 in the engine compartment fuse box. I could not remove the fuse because there is a yellow encasing around fuse #5,#6, and #7. Can I remove this casing or do I have to bring it back to the dealer?
Thanks in advance.

Reggie,
I also have a 2000 S40 and ran into the same problem. Can you tell me a little more on how you removed the yellow casing? I used a small screw drive on both sides to pull out the yellow case that holds the 3 fuses but it is not really pulling.
I was also told that I need to get the radio code known as it gets erased when the yellow casing is pulled out. How did you get that done?
Would appreciate your help.
Thanks.
