replaced bent valve because of broken timing belt and cam timing is all messed up and cant get proper info to get it running

 

Did you remove the CVVT gear on the exhaust cam? If yes, then it's more complicated. If no, then line up the cam marks the same as if you were replacing the timing belt. Let us know which it is and we can give you all the detail you want.
