Engine swap
I just swap out one engine that was run good no problems. To an 2000 s40 with a blowen head. I change engines on other japanese car no problem. But this s40 is killing me. I check everything over and over, for two weeks. I keep getting PO300, on my scanner. Change coils NEW, change coil harness NEW. And I still get a misfire. What am I missing, what have I looked over, FPR, fuel filter. Can not be these thing the engine was running good in the car I pulled it out of!!!!!!!! Anyone have this problem before?
jmoney5611,
What have U been hearing. The engine dose not have a computer chip in it. Like the toyota's N Nissan unplug remove bolts. Pull out, drop in N re hookup. All of the harness's R color coded. So there is no way to mix any thing up. Keep me updated on your project.
