i have this issue, comes randomly. Can i pull the AC codes? how do i do it?

My car mysteriously started doing the same thing every time I start it up. The blower blows for about 2 seconds and the lights are flashing for about a minute. I think I have to reset the CCM...was looking on the site to see if there's a trick to doing this (ie how many seconds I have to disconnect the battery) It's getting hot out and I need some A/C!
