My nsf headlamp wiper has started to do a half swipe and then stick. I have tried tightening the nut at the base of the wipe arm but it is already tight. So problem must be inside but I can not see how to get to the motor side of the mechanism. Haynes manual is no use (as per bloody usual). Don't say I have to take the front bumper off!?
