Default how in the f&%$ do I remove the rear bumper

Hey guys,

I have a crack on the rear bumper of my 2004 S40 and I'd like to remove the bumper in order to frankenstein it back together. Being a college student who can't afford a new bumper I've decide my best option it to instal a bracket on the inside and use nuts and a bolts with a rounded heads (spray painted to match) to hold it together.

I've looked all over the web and and for the life of me I can't find any useful information. I've tried to take it off already but I've obviously overlooked something because it won't budge. I removed the torx screws, the three screws in each wheel well and the plastics clips directly under the bumper. I would really appreciate some help!
