My Transmission is slipping pretty badly when I step on it (ie, merging onto a freeway quickly) and I'm thinking I'll have to get the trans overhauled.

Has anyone here had that done, and if so, how much was it?

 

Pretty Expensive.
How does the Fluid look?

 

Have you got a manual? If so just sounds like a slipping clutch. It will set you back a bit of cash and time if you're going to do it yourself but isn't that hard, and isn't anywhere near as expensive as a completely new transmission.

 

A couple grand is all I could find searching the web. v1, what do you fly?
