How to turn off the horn???
My 2005 S40 woke me up last night. The horn started honking until I took out the fuse. Removed the airbag, and there is nothing wrong with the steering wheel.
The power goes from battery - fuse/relay in distribution box engine room. From reley to CEM - canbus to SWM - steering wheel.
Relay in engine compartment is OK. In the steering wheel, I measure 7v, which is OK.
Why does the CEM ground the wire from the Horn relay? Is the fault in the CEM, or does it receive command from the SWM?
Has anyone experienced something similar???

A solution could be to connect without CEM and SWM. Wire from relay 2 in the engine compartment to the steering wheel's contact reel
