My headlights, and tail lights do not work. I've checked the fuses, and checked wiring and all is good. Recently fixed a lot of cut wires and one was the main power source for CEM. Windows, mirrors, and blowers all work now, but lights do not. All interior lights, signal lights, and brake lights all work but I still have no headlights or tail light's!

 

You just need to trace the wiring back to figure out why you're not getting power to the lights. Most likely, you'll end up looking at a relay that's not energizing, and have to figure out (for your model car, whatever that is) what is supposed to turn on that relay.

 

I am no electrical engineer but if you fixed cut wires worries me as someone has messed with the wiring loom , what model is it ,as the later it gets its more difficult or almost impossible unless you replace the entire loom , dam good luck
