I have a 2000 volvo s40 when i start it and its cold it will die. So everytime i start it i have to kinda accel it a little so i could stay on. My check engine light is on (there are 16 codes). If i push the gas really fast when its in park it will throw a little bit of black smoke. Also the performance is weak. I can floor it and it feels as though i was driving a scooter. When i turn on the ac the rpms go down as though to die but it doesnt. any ideas???
