hey every one.
i am new here but i need some help. i have had a misfire on 3 for like 2 months now. i had a crack in the coil so i change both of them out. and i change out the spark plug. but its still there. cleared the code every time. its been smelling like gas under the hood and the gas pump make a loud sound on start up every time. and today i found this hose off so i put it back on but when its on it wont start and when its off it will.

what do you guys think is wrong?

 

The smaller one to the right if you remove it does gas come out?

Ok then the fuel pressure regulator is good. That shoots that idea.

what does the hose i am pointing to do?

 

I think that is part of the engine vent system.
