noticed this morning whild deiving at 100 kilmotres an hour or 62 miles an hour..my rpm's were 2300 ....i believe before while driving 100 kms an hour they were 2000 rpms

is 2300 a tad to high for this speed

I think it can vary a little bit. Don't worry about it if there is no other problems.

 

Well i have a 2002 s40 2l petrol and at this speed my revs are at 2600/700 if anything i think it is a little low but if it isnt causing any major issues dont worry a bout it!!
