Hello- The incorrect code has been entered in the radio. Car is 2001 S40. What I need to do is remove the radio to get the serial and model #. Does anyone have any help on removing this radio. Thanks

 

well if it's like my 04 first generation there should be two little tabs one in the middle of the radio on each side, push those in and they should pop out and then you can pull the radio out. once you get the numbers off of it chances are a stealer will make you take it to them to prove it's actually in YOUR car and then can give you the code for free.

And I believe the dealer asks for the VIN number as well to get the radio code. I warned you about this on your other thread.
