OBDII DLC Location

Default OBDII DLC Location
Does anyone know where the ODBII connection is on a 2003 S40? I searched the web and found posting that had the connection at different locations. Some said it’s on the right of the steering wheel, some say it’s on the left. I removed the lower panel on the driver’s side, but still don’t see anything. I need help!

It is like next to your right food. Look to the right like right where you gas pedal foot goes and where the dash ends.
