I have a 2002 volvo s40 which i need to change the PNP sensor my question is it a straight removal and replace or is there some sort of adjustment since it seems that there could be a little side to side adjustment (hole is oval and the bolt is straight)

I searched this forum and several websites and get conflicting results

since it just 2 bolts on the side and one on top?

i changed the PNP but i still have an output speed sensor several sources are referring to 2 sensors of which many vendors dont have in stock or even reference them in there manual?
