That link ships to South Africa, but it's located in the US and shipping cost almost as much as the part and you wouldn't get it until July. All I searched was 2000 Volvo S40 power steering hose. I would verify part number but it looks like it matches yours. It is a high pressure line so I don't think there is any remedy to fix them other than replace. There are also hydraulic line shops in my area that make them up from scratch. Maybe something similar is available near you?

And yes, Dingus1 is absolutely correct that there's no solution other than a new hose. You really (!!!) don't want to soak your timing belt in power steering fluid!
