This is a two parter:

Should power steering fluid be replaced every now and then? If so when?

Does Fuel System Cleaner, the stuff you pour into your tank actually work, or is it just a con? If it does work which is the better manufacturer?

You can flush it if you want to. I would say like every 60k or 90k would be fine.

The fuel system cleaners work pretty good.
I swear by techron. It is a little expensive but works good.

 

Techron has good reputation among professional technicians.

As for the steering fluid, be sure to use the specified fluid, DO NOT use generic power steering fluid. Check with your owner's manual for specified fluid.
