Power steering pump?
Hello,
I hear a whinning sound when I turn the steering left to right. Could that be the PS pump or something else? There are no leaks' PS fluid is topped.

The pump is electronic and is located in the front bumper on the right. Are you able to top the fluid off without removing the headlight? If so, you have a older style and will be replaced with a pump, and whole new connector that runs to the fuse box. You may want to see if your dealer can assist you with this, known problem, otherwise...$$$
