Reapcing a passenger side sunvisr in a 2002 s40
I want to replace the passenger side sun visor on my 2002 Volvo s40. It would normally be easy to do except that the electrical connection for the light in the visor is under the headliner.
That is right the headliner must be partially removed in order to remove the damaged sun visor and then the new sun visor wires can be plugged in. Then somehow the headliner must be repositioned so it does not just hang open in the front right corner of the car.
My question can this be done without damaging the headliner? It would seem that it could, but on a Volvo you just never know.
Any help appreciated. Thanks in advance.

I could not find anybody who would even attempt it then. Now I have found a good mechanic whom I trust. I just need to if it can be done. It would be a first for him.
