Default Rear Suspension Toe Link ?

When I took my car in for a new set of tires and an alignment, the technician said my rear "toe links" were worn and that the car couldn't be fully aligned.

Found an old article at Edmunds that says:

"The rear suspension is a multi-link design. One of the links, the toe-in link, gives the rear wheels a slight steering ability (effectively, a passive rear-steer system) to provide improved response and stability when cornering"

Does anybody know if this part is replaceable ? Does it go by another name or is it part of the control arm or something ? Can't seem to find it anywhere.
