Default S40 -01 starting prob when hot

I need your help!!!
Have a Volvo s40 2001 1,9t 140k and having issues.

Had it for almost 2 years.

Starting to get issues after 4 month trouble starting after driving and trying to restart after standing for 10-60+ minutes. It starts when cold..then driving for 30-90 min. Stops and then trying to start it after a break. Can't get it to turn over. Battery good..tried starting gas in the air intake. Changed fuel pressure reg...worked! 3 month later same thing started all over again. First week it starts with me pushing down the gas. Mechanic changed vacuum pump..starts again. 3-4 month later...same thing. Changed chrankshaft sensor after a mechanic said that was wrong...worked for 2 days. Drove for 1,5h,..stops and try to restart after 20 min. Doesn't start. Spray start gas..gets it barely start after working gas pedal for 10 sec. New mechanic...says spark plugs are all fouled out..change it. Pressure test all..says engine is good. Drives home 1,5 h...goes out to test start after 1 h...same problem. I'm so frustrated and desperate!! I need help!

Used 91 octane...gramma driven by me.

Coil pack was not issue according to last mechanic.

So basically starts cold...after dr one for a while and then standing for 10 min plus...no start. Starter works..brand new spark plugs.

Sea level and 6k ft Colorado.

Help me

when you said "can't get it to turn over" did you mean it doesn't crank or doesn't catch? You've already replaced the common culprits but there are a few more... Have you tried to pull any codes from the ODB2 yet? It could be air in the fuel line (pump, pressure regulator etc), leaky injectors, ECT (temp sensor) - I'd even look around the throttle body - does the idle air valve open up when its supposed to (it acts like a choke)? MAF/throttle body/intake look clean? cam position sensor?

Hopefully you will get a code or two to lend a clue...

You mentioned that your mechanic checked your coils... I would start there actually. At 140k they are due to start going bad. I've had them go bad and they get much worse when they are hot. On my S40 I could actually see the crack on the coil stalk that goes down to the plug. If you do decide to replace, check out Autozone. Their Duralast branded box had OEM Volvo coils in them and the price was around $45 each, $20 cheaper than Volvo coils elsewhere.
