Yesterday my s40 went back to its not being able to run problem.
I just got it in the garage, I pulled the codes P0102 again.
I thought idle air control valve again, I just put a new one on less than a month ago.

What is strange is that it started up fine this afternoon and I was able to get it in the garage just fine. I cleared out the codes and after restarting the light is still off.

Heres the thing that makes me think it is an electrical problem, the interior lights flickered once and the trip mileage and clock on the cluster reset back to 0.


Battery cables are tight. Battery is only 1 year old.
I have the battery on a charger now.

I am thinking it might have a relay problem.
Any ideas?

It has been raining a lot lately. But I would normally doubt that would cause a problem.
