S40 clutch master cylinder.
Good Evening,
My Name is Ray and im a first time user, so be gentle please....
Anyhow, i am currently working on a 2009 s40 1.6 Volvo. I am replacing the clutch master cylinder. I have had a complete nightmare, first of all removing the pedal, with the top nut being a pain. Then Trying to get the rebuilt pedal back in, with the master cylinder Attached.
Do I need to remove the other pedals to enable the fitting. Do I put the pedal in then the cylinder. ?
Also should there be 2 pedal return springs on the pedal. As there is currently only one and that is broken?
Any Help would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you.
