Default s40 fuel rail is stuck and won't come off (pulled as hard as I can)

Trying to replace injector in cyl 3 to fix missfire.
I have all the retaining screws out and removed a screw and black clip from the fuel line to the rail. I tried to pry it out with a flat screwdriver but I'm scared of breaking something.
I unplugged all the electrical connectors to the injector, fuel pressure sensor, etc. I even removed all the little yellow U-clip on each injector

I tried pulling the fuel rail out as hard as I could and it will not come out. What am I missing ?

2006 volvo s40 inline 5 non-turbo

Since I've removed the screw and clip, do I need to use a screwdriver and pry off the fuel line from the fuel rail?

Wel if it's any consolation I ended up having to stand up on my engine to pull mine off many years back when I did my PCV. I then had a devil of a time getting it back on with aftermarket O-rings and ended up giving up and fishing through my garbage to find and re-use the original Volvo O-rings. I'm sure I'll pay for that someday...
