S40 limp mode in and out

S40 limp mode in and out
Hello all.
My S40 1.6D started to get into Limp mode once a day. It shows anti-skid service needed, reduced engine power, limit rev at 3000, no turbo and very slow accelerate. If i restart the engine all gone, engine is fine, no messages.
I have searched with OBD2 and got P0299 message: turbo underboost.
When i restart the engine and Limp mode goes away and turbo works fine.
Battery disconnecting temporarily solves the issue.
Do you have any idea what could be the issue and how to solve it? Please help.
