Last night I got home and as I pulled into the driveway the headlight fuse blew. Replaced it today and the lights are all working fine, however after changing the headlights fuse, the Auto Transmition light is flashing (indicating fault in the transmition).

Any ideas how the two could be linked? My transmition appears to be working fine

Not sure if they are linked or not.It might just be ironic that it happened.

 

Could well be the case. Is there a way to reset the tranny warning without going to Volvo and kissing away unnessisary amounts of money?

 

It needs to have the codes pulled and cleared.

 

I had my transmition code once. I alson blew the fuse for the cig lighter at the same time. Have the code reset.
