Starting problems s40 t5
I own a 54 plate s40 t5. It has always started first time, I put it in for a service last week everythying fine (no problems) got it back no problems with service again started first time, woke up next day tried to start and nothink its tryin to start but it won't kick in. Took it back (on tow) and now there telling me that it is the fuel pump. But I thought the fuel pump gave you warnings that it was on its way out? Any ideas
Fuel pumps can be funny. Sometimes they will give slight hints, such as a surging, or bogging down, whilst under heavy acceleration, other times, they will just off, and die.
I've had both of these matters happen to me, with different cars.
