Im having a Problem with steering If i turn Left it sticks and i have to force it to turn. I cant see anything in the way of turning to the left. This problem started sometimes to all the time. Does anyone have a clue what is happening. I dont know if its the Rack n Pinion or steering column Problems with this car HELP

 

So it will turn to the right fine, but not to the left?

Check the fluid first but more then likely it is the rack.

 

I'm having the same problem!
if the car has been parked for 6+ hours, when i turn it on and try to wiggle the steering wheel, it's really hard, specially turning it to the left! after that, thing will gradually get back to normal.
also when 1st trying to turn it, i would hear like a pop sound when turning it to the left and right while still parked

 

Im going to take it into the Dealer. Hope its not the rack n pinion! But if it is I will repost and let you Know!!!

 

So i went to the Dealer and Found out it was the Electronic steering pump that was bad! it was 1000 bucks to fix it. There was debree in the line Thank god it was not the rack in pinion

 

So after replacing the Pump the Problem was still there!! The Rack was the Problem They told me it would be 1500 to replace I said I seen them online for 300 Rebuild Sure enough The price changed to 780 out the Door Thats what was wrong with the sticking
