Steering wheel wobbling left and right
So first thing first. The steering wheel is not shaking. Yes going about 30-40 it can seem like it is shaking but it is actually going left to right. This leads into the recent work that has been done. Previously had the right engine mount replaced and both front axles replaced. This was due to the car shaking like crazy at high speeds and more so at acceleration on highway. Once these two items were done the problem was solved. Especially after the front axles. The engine mount lessened the shaking but axles fixed it. All was fine until i got a tire rotate and balance. That is when the steering wheel started moving. Shortly after i got an alignment front and back. This did not fix the problem. It is very noticeable at around 40 mph and mostly when coasting not accelerating. I have a manual as well so it doesn't matter what gear. I have noticed when creeping at a low speed i can feel it literally go left to right consistently. Suggestions? I might go back for a rotate and balance but could this be the axles not being installed properly?

Definitely a tire / balancing problem. Same things happen to my mother in law who refuses to buy a second set of wheels for her lexus so every spring and fall the dealership has to take the summer/winter tires off and install rebalance. Half the time, she ends up with a wobble that is most noticeable at about 30kph.
