Went to change the plugs on my daughter's S40. First three were no big deal. The last plug started out hard, got harder than stopped. Any ideas? I'm thinking the last person to put plugs in it cross-threaded it. But what do I do now? Muscle it out?

 

I would spray it with penetrating oil and go in and out a little each way. If you muscle it out your going to stand a good chance of bringing the threads with it. Keep us informed. They make a thread chaser that's pretty cheap.

 

Dumped Kroil in it, worked it back in. Worked it back and forthy, got it out. Downside is, I think the threads are gone. #*#$&*#
