Default Stuttering after starting the car

HI,

When I start the car, it idles and then dies. When I do this a few times and keep the revs up, it will go fine.

The second problem is that when I drive it seems OK, then stutters a few times and then seems OK - driving fine. I then get a warning light showing a slippery road.

The garage re-seeted the idle vacuum pipe I believe, and the idling seems to be OK, but the other issue where the warning light comes on is still their

It does help quite a bit to narrow things down. The North American version is what I'm familiar with and it is a slightly different animal. It has a 1.9L turbo engine and automatic transmission only from 2000-2004. That said there are many things the same. Like OBD-II which means On Board Diagnostics 2. Does your garage have an OBD-II scanner? Hook it up and pull the codes. The plug will be under the dash near the center console. The NA version has it on the left (drivers) side about where your right knee would be when driving. For a right hand drive car? Just have to look around. It will be easy to spot.
