hi, i have a 2007 volvo t5...i took it out for a drive today and first noticed what seemed to be surging below 15 mph....when i got on the hwy and went to hit it, nothing, no turbo, all engine....periodically i would be able to get to turbo to work but it would die after about two seconds...no engine lights, no nothing...any ideas?

 

Check your what your wastegate is set to, but with no CEL i would also see how the BCV is holding up.

 

Should like either a bad vacuum leak, like a hole in an intake hose or a bad BCS.
