Are these MPG figures believiable !!!!!!!

I just read this http://hubpages.com/hub/MPG-Of-11-25...-2002-Volvoand I couldn't disagree more. volvo's get way better MPG than any of these six tests show! He's a lunatic!!!!

Link doesn't work and you could buy a brand new s40 and six of your friends could buy the same exact model and year and all see different mileage.
