I have a 2004.5 S40 T5 with 130K miles on it

planning on changing my transmission oil, and want to do it myself
i'm gonna use the drain/fill method, so i wanna know how many quartz i need

also, i know where to fill from, and where the dipstick is located, but from where will the oil come out?!

also, the exhaust tips of my car are inclined downwards, they would look much better if they were straight! anyone done this b4? is it easy to do
