VIDA error codes that may CMM

Volvo S40/V50, European Edition 1.8L model 2008. Engine Code B4184S11.

Air condition Flaps are not turning from Heat to Cold and vice versa. I manually turn the flaps from the driver's bottom side using a screwdriver from a hole I created, but it isn't an enjoyable job.

So the problem I suspect is that the flaps are stuck. Re-Calibration of the CCM can possibly solve the problem? What are my options here? To disassemble the whole dashboard and try to repair/replace the flaps or the flaps motor itself?

I didn't visit any technician until now to get any VIDA error codes that may CMM return. So, can I manually reset the CCM module? How to know if the motor is bad or just the flaps are stuck? Can other ODB diagnostics from a 3rd party manufacturer re-calibrate the CCM module?

Whenever widespread errors appear, this is the first time you should compare the battery and charging system. What is your battery's reference code?

So you manually turn the flaps then the flaps work so must be a faulty connection or the motors or more probably broken gears , as turning manualy one can jump a broken gear
