I have a 1998 volvo s40 1.8L MT. The car is very hard to start, sometimes it won't start. I bought a new fuel pump. I posted a video for reference. Any help would be highly appreciated.

It doesnt idle either.The things i'd check:
crack on hoses.
Clean the TB and the idle valve also the MAF..
Would the car start if you open the throttle at that point as on the video?
What codes do you have stored.erase them after read and see whats coming back as these codes you are having now could be old.

 

I have already cleaned the TB and idle valve. Still no change. The car won't start even if i open the throttle. I lost my OBD scanner.
