Problems with my Sirius. Will not show preview channel or get any sound. Signed up....had pinged....reset five times and no-go. My question is do I have to take this to Volvo, or can I take it to an electronics store that installs this type of thing. I am thinking it is a software update of some kind. Any input would be greatly appreciated.
