Sirius Satellite Radio
I have a 2004 S60 and I got Sirius for Christmas. The FM Modulator is working fine, so I don't need to hook it into my stereo. I do however need power for the unit other that than the cigarette adapter. Does anyone know where I can wire this thing to in order to power it up in a way other than the cigarette lighter adapter?

RE: Sirius Satellite Radio
Merry Christmas Nut. Santa also brought me a sirius radio. How to run your wires depends on where you place the unit. I have the unit mounted on the dash to the left of the stereo just behind the wiper control stalk. I ran the wires from there thru the space next to the steering wheel column down to the center console and back to the cigarette lighter in the back (tucked up under the center console.
I'm actually planning on re-wiring it directly into the fuse box.
How and where did you mount/wire the antenna?

RE: Sirius Satellite Radio
Thanks for the advice. I mounted mine in the upper right hand of the windshield so I could easity access it. However, that mount has created the problem as it now has a cord draping across my dash to the cigaretter lighter. I don't know where the fuse box is, but in my last car it was above my knees at the bottom of the steering column. If it were there in a Volvo, and if I could go directly to it, that would solve my problem. Would you let me know if you have any luck with this and how you do it? I would REALLY APPRECIATE it. Thanks and Happy New Year.
