What oil to use?

What oil should I start using on my 2001 s40 with 75000 miles? I am using mobil one 10w30 ep. Should I switch to valvoline maxlife synthetic?

You will be fine with the Mobil one.

I've had good luck with Amsoil in my vehicles and toys.

Stick with Mobil 1. I believe they have a high mileage one.
