Wheel shimmy/vibration
Hi all, I hope someone here can help me out.
I have an 07 S40 2.4i. The car has a shimmy that I can feel in the steering wheel. It happens at 55mph and seems to go at 70mph. I have had the wheels balanced about 7 times, checked the alignment and changed the tires. It did the same thing with both sets of tires.
I checked the tie rods ball joints etc and all seem fine. I have also asked two different dealerships to check the suspension parts and they say everything is good. I have also replaced the rotors and new pads all the way around.
What could be causing this issue.
