Wierd Fault code...

Wierd Fault code...
Hi guys, I'm new here...
I have a 2001 Volvo S40 (UK), and I've had an odd Fault code appear- "C3103"
I've tried to look it up on the net with no real joy, and my diagnostic software 'thinks' it might be manufacturer specific.
Any ideas anybody?
