The wipers on my 01 s40 seem to drag across the windshield when i use them in the rain. Have owned it for 2 years and it has always done that, just never really bothered me until now. It does it with new or old wiper blades, and is more noticeable when the windshield is clean. I remember reading somewhere, either in this forum or another, that volvo had issued a technical service bulletin on this problem. I was wondering if anyone else experienced this problem and if they had the service bulletin performed and whether or not it fixed the problem. Thanks!
