I have a 2002 Volvo s40 that needs a motor for the drivers side window regulator. I know that I can buy a regulator, but can I just buy a motor, since that is all that I need?


Also on one website they showed and implied that the driver's side window regulator and the window right behind it in the back seat on the drive's side are the same. Is this correct. The front and back windows on a 2002 Volvo s40 are quite different and the suggestion and appearance that they are the same is surprising. Is this correct?

I see two different part numbers - 30623448 for the front regulator and 30623452 for the rear (left side for both). A quick check on ebay didn't show any motors for sale other than used. replacement regulators+motors ranged from 100 to 200+ on ebay.
