Hi guys About my 99 S80

Im shopping around for the frontdrivers side window regulators but the ones I found new online are like $270 to $300 (OEM)so kind of pricy. Can I get the after market ones for this car cheaper. Will the aftermarket ones work on this car. Has anyone gotton aftermarket ones for there cars. I cant seem to find any at aftermarket ones so far on the parts web sites that I looked in. I looked on FCP Gortons and they only have the rear ones.

 

Try calling FCP groton I see they only list the rear ones but if you call they might have some.

 

Will a 2003 regulator fit on a 99 model. Im shoping around for some used ones and found a couple 2003 ones.

 

I looked it up on Vadis and it shows the same part#'s for the 99 and the 2003 But there is a chassis brake. But it is the same chassis numbers for both years.

 

I found that if u go to a junk yard they cut the prices in half. I have the same problem with my 99 S80 passenger side and I found a regulator for $100. I'm from Indiana so I'm not sure where to suggest u go.. but I've found alot of volvos in the salvage yard.

vandsautodismantlers.comcall this company ive botten a few things from their parts car, they quoted me 80 bucks for a window regulator/motor for the rear at least, i bought a radiator from them also legitimate company.
