Or at least not coming out from the front wipers, it seems that the spray comes out for the headlights. There is one hose in the car that seems disconnected, but I think it may be an overflow hose, so it should not be that. What else should I check?

could be a hose, a clogged nozzle or a bad pump/connection/switch. If a hose was off, I'd suspect you'd find water leaking somewhere. Try going backwards from the nozzles - disconnect their hoses - any water? then trace the hoses back to the pump. Does the pump buzz when actuated?

 

Doesn't it have 2 pumps? One for the headlights and one for the windshield?
