2001 Volvo S60 5T

The fog light (driving lights) went out on me last week. both of them at the same time. I push the botton to turn them on and the botton light lights up green. but no lights. I replaced both bulbs, and check the fuse... No luck...

The information light ( /!\ ) stays on all the time now. The LCD is saying
"Bulb failure:
postion light"

Any thoughts? Relay under the drivers side dash maybe? Not sure witch one it is...

 

Maybe a bad relay.

 

Thats what I thought, but where is the relay? I went looking for a repaid manuel today, but non of the shops carry one. I see alto of relays on that nice fold down thing under the driver side dash

Also, I had a light out in the back too, the message on the dash LCD is gone now ;-)

No I just need my fog lights working.

 

Not exactly sure which one it is I will have to check.

 

That would be great if you could tell me witch one it is. I have been googleing for an hours and I can find any info on it.

Sweet, When I went under the dash to find that relay, much to my suprise it wasnt there. I found it behind the carpet. It had falled out..

So no more messages for me, thanks alot for your help.

I hate to hijack this post but your diagram could help me with a flakey left turn signal. It looks like "CSH1" is for the left signal but it's a shunt?????? Why is it not a relay.......what's the difference. Is there a relay for it as well?

My 01 S60 left signal works like 75% of the time. Every now and then it blinks real fast. I checked the bulbs and it's not the problem.

Could it be a flakey "shunt"? It looks like a chip of some sort. Replaceable??????
